High Point Enterprise (Newspaper) - March 20, 1974, High Point, North Carolina Earth Day scheduled at Ducc Lexington the Deputy director of the Center for population and environmental education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill will be the principal speaker for the Earth Day program tuesday at Davidson county Community College. Army Brig. Gen. Arthur Hurow bet of Chapel Hill will speak on people and their environment at a student convocation sponsored by the colleges collegiate civitan club. The la a m.
