After receiving a Call reporting a heart attack victim on a Greensboro City bus the transportation service contacted High Point memorial Hospital which joins with the service to make up the Mobile intensive care program. According to a spokesman for the transportation service a Doc Tor from the Hospital gave the authorization to use medications on the victim whose symptoms were reported via radio. Archdale Council agrees to drop builders suit Archdale in a special session tuesday afternoon the Archdale City Council agreed to enter into a Dis Missal stipulation in a suit brought against the City by in its stipulation the City agreed to drop All matters involved in the court action including the Bond for the restraining order put up by the builder Lee Mauldin. All claims made by Mauldin and those made by the City will be dismissed under the agreement drawn up by the City and Mauldin. Mauldin had obtained a temporary injection against the City and the Trinity construction firm of j. L. Darr. In bidding o the proposed ser vice building Mauldin s bid was lower than the Darr firm. The City awarded the contract to Darr after several Council members indicated they were not Happy with Mauldin s work in constructing the Archdale City Hall.
