the position of women and racial minorities in higher education has improved at All in the last 3 years according to some indices she said the position of those groups has become worse is Kummerfeld told the faculty club of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill there is very Little deliberate discrimination against women and racial minorities she blamed systemic discrimination for the
