Fred Morrison executive director of the inmate grievance commission has charged. Thirteen inmates at the Triangle correctional Center in Raleigh All worked at the same Job with identical hours but Only seven of them were paid Morrison said tuesday. In another example Morrison said of 33 inmates in prison jobs at the Washington county unit Only 18 were paid. State Law requires the department to pay inmates up to $1 a Day for working in prison enterprises housekeeping maintenance or Highway work.
