They report everything All right in their Section of the country. Obituary. Vanderburgh. Died on december 5, 1901, Irene Glann Vanderburgh aged 27 years at the Home of her parents at Apalachin n. Y., from the effects of mistaking carbolic acid for Medicine. Irene Glann was born at the old Giann Homestead at Apalachin n. Y., on the 17th Day of september 1874. She attended the Public schools of her native Home and also the Owego Academy in which latter she received Adi Pioma to teach at the age of sixteen. As a teacher she was very successful ruling her pupils with the sceptre of love and during her nine years of school work taught in most of the Public schools in and in the Vicinity of Apalachin. May 2, 1900, she was married to f. L. Vanderburgh who besides an infant daughter a father and Mother three Brothers and three Sisters is left to mourn her demise. The funeral services were held on sunday last and her remains were Laid at rest in the Apalachin cemetery. In life she was All that was Noble and pure and by her Loving and sunny disposition made her Home a now. Co.
