Funeral services will be held at the Chastain funeral Home at 2 30 of clock sunday afternoon. Burial will be made in the Roachdale cemetery. In a memorandum today to Oscar Powell director of the social Security Board the Silver maned Hoosier not Only disclaimed responsibility for the publication but ordered Powell to disallow Furnis covering the Cost of that particular Issue of the pamphlet. In addition to ordered Powell to Issue instructions a that the policy above is to be followed in connection with any partisan activity or Effort in behalf of any to lost control of it. Funeral services will be held sunday afternoon at 1 30 of clock from the Mccurry funeral Home in charge of the Rev. C. M Mcclure of the Gobin methodist Church interment will be made in Forest Hill cemetery. Cor Ner r. J. Shannon conducted i preliminary hearing soon after the Accident hut at 9 o clock saturday morning the official inquest was held at his office. The witnesses were sworn. At the inquest. Violet Sanford. 17 Vears old. 704 Maple Avenue. Greencastle. Testified that Ailene Hinshaw asked Leland Moore to let her drive when the party was ready to Start Back from the Creek. At the close of her evidence Coroner Shannon warned the witness against any further repetition of giving contradictory evidence in regard to an Accident that when she testified the evening before that Leland Moore was driving she committed a very serious offence. She said to the Coroner in reply Quot All of us kids thought it would help him Moore if we said he was driving because miss Hinshaw did t have a Drivers License a Jesse Covert. 21.
