An explosion in front of a South Minneapolis House Early sunday scattered debris Over a Block area and killed one Man the first fatality in seven bomb Ings in Minneapolis St. Paul Over the past three weeks. Inspector swede Erblad said the blast was caused by a Plas tic officials refused to speculate on whether the lat est blast was related to the ear Lier ones.
