I Robbie Wilson were deadlocked Wiley Ramsey and Gene in a six Way tie for third place at 74 each. Billy Bostian and Tom Jordon were evenly matched in the Lookabill were Only one stroke Back with 72 s after completing the Long 18-Hole course. A frustrating finish of Ramsey dropped him from the Leader to second place. Ramse led the Field after the first Nin holes with a three under Par. Bogey on the 10th and another on the Lith dropped him to on under and a shot that ende just Short of the cup on the 15th put him at Par. His Gam broke open on the final Hole though when he suffered i fifth bogey and ended his fir round at 72. Lookabill was one under after completing the front nine by two bogeys on the Back Stretc tied him with Ramsey. After the first round Pierc commented i Don t think played As Good today As should have.
