Albert j. Baroody mrs. Fouad g. Baroody and mrs. Samuel Baroody. The honoree was presented a Corsage of White carnations upon arrival. Miss. Patsy Harrell Bride elect of july 31st was also presented a Corsage. The Twenty pests were served cocktails and were then invited into the Floren Tine room by the hostesses where they found their appointed places. The brides places were marked with Blue garters. A three course luncheon was served from a table entered with an arrangement of Pink and White carnations. The hostesses presented the Bride elect with a Silver chafing dish and Silver Coffee maker. Special guests were mrs. Leonilda Harrell Mother of the Bride and Mph. B. J. Baroody Mother of the Groom. Abby says mrs. N. A. Matney mrs. W. G. Baroody and mrs. Mikel g. Ateyeh entertained miss Linda Harrell Bride elect of july 31st with a luncheon at the Home of mrs. E. E. Hubbard. The hostesses greeted the guests and after a social hour invited them into the dining room where their places were marked with bridal place cards. The Bride s place was marked with mixed summer Flowers arranged in a hand bowl and Pitcher. The dining table was entered with an arrange ment of White Spring Flowers. After a three c o or s e luncheon was served the hostesses presented the Bride with a knife in her chosen Silver pattern a Silver Steak tray and a Corning Ware broiler. Special guests were mrs. Leonilda Harrell Mother of the Bride mrs. B. J. Baroody Mother of the Groom and mrs. E. G. Khouri grandmother of the Groom. Miss Jean Mcarver feted at dinner morning party Florence miss has won her wings miss Quattlebaum daughter of or. And mrs. A. M. Quattlebaum is now a stewardess with Delta air lines. She completed her four week training course in Atlanta ga., and is now wearing her new uniform and Cap. From her base station in new Orleans la. She will Fly to the Many cities served by her company. Mrs. Moose invited the guests into the dining room. Miss Betty Ann Darby presided at the punch bowl and mrs. Claude c. Mcdonald served assisted by miss Joyce Martin and miss Jannie Fowler. Guests helped themselves to party refreshments. The dining table covered with an imported cutwork cloth was entered with an arrangement of mixed Flowers consisting of daisies roses snapdragons and Gypsophila in a Crystal com Pote. Receiving in the Den was mrs. Robert Dunk in and goodbyes were said to mrs. Traad Gaddy. Approximately x guests called during the appointed hour. The hosts and hostesses received the guests in the main lounge and then invited them into the private dining room for a three course dinner. Bridal place cards marked the places for the 20 guests. The places of the Bride and Groom were marked with Silver Napkin rings decorated with ribbon wed Ding Bell streamers in pastel colors. The dining table featured a Center arrangement of yellow Gladioli and mums flanked on each Side with yellow tapers.
