That gave encouragement to those who believed the list was ready for a continuation of the Rise. Then late in the Day the rail roads flared into activity that car ried the whole list Forward. Gains went to be tweet 1 and 2 Points in Many sections and tile losses were limited. One of the Basic Points of support for the Market s action was the decision of general motors to launch a two year billion Dollar expansion program. It was taken As a vote of Confidence in the nation s economic future. General motors common Stock was up 1% at volume mounted to shares second Best of this month. There were shares traded yesterday.
