C., thursday morning december 19, 1957 daily 5c sunday Loc presbyterians vote to accept building bid members of the first presbyterian Church last night voted to accept the Low bid of the Lyn Brabham construction co., of Flor ence and instructed the Church building committee to proceed immediately with the erection and furnishing of a new Church Sanctuary. Seating 700 people the new Sanctuary will Complete the build ing program begun a few years ago when the Church moved from its Down town location on East Evans St. To a nine acre plot of ground on Park ave. At Cherokee cd. The new building colonial in Type will blend in with the architecture of the already completed educational building. Downstairs in be rear of the Sanctuary rooms for the choirs and the officers of the Church will be locked. Space will be provided upstairs for a department of the Church school. Included in the building will be a newly constructed pipe Organ. The program has been under the direction of a building committee led by p. W.
