Bake in boiling water Bath at 45 to 50 min., or until a Silver knife comes out clean when inserted Halfway Between Center and Edge of casserole. Serve at once. Stir in the Green Pepper onion and pineapple continue to Cook 2 to 3 min. Stir in the shrimp. Stirring constantly bring mix Ture to boiling. Remove from heat. Trans Fer to a casserole or serving dish. Serve with Fluffy cooked Rice. About 4 Servings Avoe do Delight set out a Mold. Set a bowl and rotary beater in refrigerator to chill. Pour into a Small bowl i cup cold water Sprinkle evenly Over water 2 Tablespoons 2 end Una voted Gelatin let stand about 5 min. To soften add stirring until Gelatin is completely dissolved cup very hot water blend in thoroughly 1 i Teaspoons sugar 1 Teaspoon fait few grains Pepper rinse Peel Cut into halves Lengthwise and remove pit from 1 Large Ripe Avocado Cut Avocado into pieces and Force through a Sieve or food Mill into a bowl. Mix in 1 Teaspoon grated onion i Teaspoon prepared horse radish Teaspoon Lemon juice Teaspoon grated Lemon Peel grated through coloured part Only White part is bitter blend in the Gelatin mixture. Chill in refrigerator or in pan of ice and water until mixture begins to gel gets slightly if chilled in refrigerator stir occasionally if chilled Over ice and water stir frequently. Meanwhile lightly Oil the Mold with salad or cooking Oil not Olive Drain. Prepare 1 cup diced cooked Chicken 1 cup diced cooked Ham a cup about 1 01. Chopped pecans when Gelatin mixture is of desired consistency blend in 1 cup thick sour Cream cup Mayonnaise mix in the Chicken Ham and pecans. Using the chilled bowl and beater beat until Cream is of medium consistency piles softly cup chilled whipping Cream fold whipped Cream into Gelatin mixture. Turn into the prepared Mold and chill in refrigerator until firm. To untold run tip of knife carefully around top Edge of Mold. Invert onto a chilled serving plate and remove Mold. If necessary wet a clean Towel in hot water and wring it almost dry wrap hot Towel around Mold for a few seconds. If Mold does not loosen repeat s to 10 Servings a full Cheddar far . Buhr shred 4 01. Sharp Cheddar cheese about i cup shredded Cream until softened cup butter add the cheese gradually while blending. Beat until mixture is Fluffy. Thoroughly blend in 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise 1 Teaspoon prepared Mustard 1 Teaspoon Lemon juice Teaspoon celery Salt few grains White Pepper for crusts from 6 thin slices White or whole wheat bread flatten slightly with a rolling pin. Bread slices Are easier to Roll up if flattened generously spread each slice with about 1 Tablespoon of the cheese butter. Roll up tightly and Cut each Roll in half. Fasten with wooden picks place on broiler rack. Set temperature control of Range at Broil or place rack in broiler with tops of Savouries about 3 in. From source of heat.
