And Sevastopol Reds Break Nazi Russians Claim German Military V Machine Broken By The Associated Press LONDON Jan six month siege of Leningrad and the twomonth encirclement at Savastopol were declared virtu ally broken today with garri sons of the two ports taking up the offensive and the German siege troops themselves beset from both sides Russian reports indicated that the hemmedin garrisons and
