The Bill the biggest Federal Aid authorization for education in history still faces a storm Compromise session with the House. The Senate version authorizes three year Extension of the 1965 elementary and secondary school act and other school pro Grams while the Bouse Bill passed last May would authorize a $4.1 billion one year Extension.
