The teen Ager said he was made to sleep on the living room floor in shorts under a Sheet of plastic in the Winter and his parents often barred him from drink ing water and eating food. The youth who was 16 when he wrote the plea for help said he put on Latex gloves before writing the letter and sealed it with water instead of saliva to keep his father being Able to Trace it Back to him. Eddie said he placed the letter in his House s Mailbox and three months later Montgomery county children s services removed him and his three Sib Lings from their Home.
