MeeksJr. in Vietnam, Larry andArnold; daughter Jaylena, all of Oxnard; mother, Mrs. Ollie Meeks of Etwood, Okla.; brothers Arles Meeks of Moorpark, 0. W. Meeks of Camarillo, William Meeks of Oklahoma City, Buddy and Jerry Meeks of Borrego Springs; and sisters, Mrs. Bestal Alley of Oxnard, Mrs. Wanda Smith of Camarillo, Mrs. Dorothy McPhetridge ofMadera, Mrs, Ewy Gascon ofEl Centro. Mrs Delma Shirleyof Cameron, Okla., and Mrs,Wilma Bartley of Fair Oaks,Mr Meeks, was bom Feb. 5, 1923 in Oklahoma. He was employed by the Southern PacificMilling Co. as a carpenter. He was a member of the Carpenter’s Union for 25 years, as well as a member of the V.F.W. He served in the U S Army dur mg World War II as a eorpsman.Rm
