Del Rio fire marshal Byron Vick said James Fowler of lot 24 Del Rio Mobile Home Village called the fire department at tuesday and asked firefighters to remove 72 Sticks of ammonium nitrate 12 on pint bottles of Nitro methane and 150 feet of detonation Cord from his Home Vick said Fowler had received the explosives from a Friend to do some septic tank but turned them Over to the fire1 department
