Kinney county con traded with Myers As a general contractor for the construction of a new county Library and Community service Center work on the Library Tiegan in december of 1977 and continued through the summer of 1978 the suit states in August the plaintiff alleges the contractor a walked off the Job Quot it was then decided by the Kinney county commissioners court to terminate Myers. Effective on dec 21.1978 before Myers was hired by the court the contractor presented a bid Bond and a performance Bond pursuant to the contract Kinney county has asked the bonding company Allied Fidelity insurance company to Honor their Bond the company denied the request and filed suit in the United states District court for the Western District of Texas.
