No people in the world have been More subject to the whims and fancies of Kings and dictators and a a big men of Tho moment than the people of the Balkans. Their history is a tragic one filled with bloody wars Petty bickering constant shifting of frontiers and changes of leadership. Prolonged peace is too fantastic even to appear Iii dreams. They Are Mark Tel from birth with the certainty that part of their lives must be Given to fighting. Now As never before Are they involved in chaos. Neighbor wars with neighbor brother with brother. Guerrilla bands take shape in the Hills and wander Over the country Side looking for Battle. Nazi troops occupy most of their villages and oppression is Rife. This will be done to strengthen Premier Nebric so he can order his armed Force to take up Tho fight against Patriot troops a fight which the croatian peasants Are refusing to do. Montenegro will become Independent. Germany will establish a wide funded v shaped corridor through Northwest Yugoslavia a corridor which will give Germany control of All major railway lines extending through Central and Eastern Europe into Ialy. It will incorporate two italian provinces Istria and Venezia and one yugoslav Slovenia. Bulgarian troops will occupy Albania. Finally every Effort will be made to stir up the a a National aspirations of each tiny Balkan Section so As to bring about the establishment of a system of Small satellite and puppet states that can be controlled from Berlin. Bail the lit. Sec. Reveille Wake the Silver dusk returning up the Beach of darkness brims and the ship of Sunrise burning strands upon the Eastern rims. Wake the vaulted Shadow shatters trampled to the floor it spanned and the tent of night in tatters straws the sky Paviliones land.
