from communist North Viet Nam the storm overshadowed the Central question whether Hanoi had in fact made an authentic approach for a settlement on its own terms and might yet respond to a quest for clarification of conditions in it the secrecy covers were torn from the incident last Friday afternoon after the St Louis Post dispatch reported that a new peace offer from Hanoi had been rejected by season with outdoor displays Many cars were on tour last night As residents took to the out doors to View the hundreds of Chillicothe Homes and business places decorated with Christmas lighting it was a Good weekend for it As probably the most of the seasonal lighting that will be on display is now in place Many More residents will tour the City from now through the holidays the West Clay Street area where Christmas lighting really got its Start in Chillicothe a number of years ago is Bright As usual particularly in the Clay Street Park area and West other sections of the West part of the Street Bryan Polk Calhoun Jansen Lambert Borden Oak drive and others have Many Bright lights and there Are Many festively decorated Resi Dences on the East Bur Nam Road Elmdale Bridge Clay and others to name Only a few there Are Many unusually attractive doors the City has several outdoor nativity scenes again this year these include the first presbyterian Church state training school for girls the live scene on the West astronauts review conditions found on Leighly Fng Blind or nearly Blind members of the brighter Day club Are guests of Hon or at a party every month the activity was started a year or so ago and brighter Day regular meetings Are held at the methodist Church on the second Friday of each month their Christmas party was at the first Christian Church last week the Bizzy
