Fenger now has two non conference victories notched on their Belt before preparing for the opening of the red division South season in the Chicago Public league saturday. The explosive titans will face Morgan Park Public league champions a year ago at Gately stadium at 2 . The contest is considered Morgan Parks Home game. Last year Fenger Defeated Morgan Park handily but lost to Sullivan in the playoffs o Points when the games score ended in a tie. Tony Cofield fengers Dandy Junior running Back scored two touchdowns Friday night. He gathered in a punt in the opening Quarter on fengers 30 Yard line and raced 70 Yards to pay dirt. Kathy Sabo president of the sports clubs women a auxiliary received the Joe Cain award for excelling in furthering the cause of the Fernwood sports club. She was the first woman to receive the award Given in the past to Joe Marchese George Ritchie Tippy Basile Howard Verduin and Peter Stratta. The William Dwyer sportsmanship award went to Pat Satriano of the Roseland Lions pirates and a member of the babe Ruth tournament team. The award is Given in the memory of William Dwyer a professional Umpire who exemplified what sportsmanship is All about. Thirty players received graduation trophies during the banquet.
