Raisin filled wheat germ bars 1 cup sifted flour 1 Teaspoon baking powder \ i Teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup firmly packed Brown sugar i cup rolled Oats a cup wheat germ i cup butter or Margarine j cup finely chopped pecans Raisin or Apricot or mincemeat filling sift together flour baking powder and cinnamon. Add Brown sugar rolled Oats and wheat germ mix Well. Cut in butter or Margarine until mixture is crumbly. Stir in pecans. Roll up Lengthwise Jelly Roll fashion guiding the Roll with the waxed paper. Chill rolled dough for iv2-2 hours until firm. Slice with a Sharp knife into is Inch slices. Place on a greased baking Sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Yield 8-9 dozen cookies.
