The Creek Bottoms and the tide lands Are wot but with reclamation they Bear Bikeh Grain and Root crops that the Man who should Tell the truth and the whole truth about them in other states would inevitably sacrifice his reputation for the timbered Uplands Are not generally Fertile much of that lying along the sound country being Sandy and gravely but they All or nearly All will produce fruits. The value of the Low lands appreciated at their True Worth hut the timbered lands Are generally under estimated. Thone on this upper coast who like Tho writer have had some experience in fruit raising know that Gravelly or Handy oils or lauds with Clay Loam or gravel substratum which have a thru drainage possess the Best condition possible for horticulture.
