Zoning ok'dfor residential,trailer centerVENTURA — Zoning for a combination residential-trailer park center proposed on 67 acres on the south side of U.S. 101 near the bottom of the Conejo grade won unanimous approval of supervisors yesterday.Bernard Krasik, representing the Berkra Development Corp., said the company will work out drainage problems by grading the lot to a uniform level.Eighty-six lots are planned for the 23-acre residential area. Two-hundred and ninety-nine trailer spaces are proposed for the 39-acre trailer park area, and 10 acres are set aside for a shopping center, lake, and recreational center. The site is about threemiles east of Camarillo.i
