Camarillo's White Arabian Horses to be Ridden FiestaTomorrow the famous white Arabian horses of Adolpho Camarillo will travel bv van to Santa•••Barbara where thov will once again be ridden in the Fiesta parade starting at 3 p. m.The horses will also be used in the pageant on Thursday. Friday. and Saturday evenings, and will return to their stables at the Camarillo ranch Sunday morning.Camarillo has entered a group of all-white horses in the paradeat Santa Barbara every year that it has been held since 1921. This year he is sending six of his beauties, three of whom have been in the parade before.The veteran horses are Favorite, to le ridden by Carmen Camarillo; Diamante, ridden by Susana Burket, and Baloma,with Helen El well as the rider. Newcomers to the Santa Barbara parade are Chulo. who will be ridden by Paquita Burket; Diablo, to be ridden by Carme-lita FitzGerald; and Capitan, to be ridden by Barbara Fluetch.Each of the horses will carry silver-mounted saddles. At the j County Fair held in 1911. a group of Camarillo’s horses won first prize as the “best silver-i mounted” group.The sire of the horses traveling tomorrow was Sultan, judged the best reining stallion three I years in a row at the County Fair from 1921 to 1923 and also in P»2a at the Salinas Rodeo.Every year until tomorrow',«/ |r FAdolpho Camarillo has ridden ! himself. “This time I want to see the parade,” he said.
