school system is reporting a decrease of ;t4 students, or just under 2 percent, in its 1974-75 enrollment According to Dr. Robert .Jacobson, superintendent, the decrease as far as state aid is concerned will be somewhat less — a decrease of 15 to 17 students from last year The enrollment is important JMiause state aid lo schools is
figured on the basis of the number of students enrolled
The Sept. I enrollment fig lire from last year was 1,884 Preliminary figures for this year show an enrollment of I . 850
However, the state aid was figured preliminarily on the Jan I, 1974, enrollment of 1,807.
