The Idler specimen of the famous I KOT silver dollar changed ownership three times in two weeks According to a a story out of “Coin World.” the final price of 1225,000 is the largest ever paid for a I S. silver or copper coin The famous Idler specimen, which sold for by Mort Reed $150,000 a year ago, sold twice in quick succession in the latter days of September and early October at prices ranging from $200,000 to $225,000 Howlers and Ruddy Galleries sold the coin lirsi in Blackburn and Blackburn, a W ashington firm fur the ad -verlised price of $200,000.
