The champion Angus steer at the Linn county fair was shown by Morgan Karns (right) of Cedar Rapids. The steer weighed in at 1,045 pounds. Jenny Olson of Fairfax had the champion Hereford steer weighing 1,035 pounds Jenny's steer was also the champion Hereford at Coggon Harvest Home.
