One suggestion has been made which would be an almost certain remedy enactment of a Law that would make the owner of Loose Stock liable for any damage that might result from the presence of animals on the High Waye. Both Arkansas and Texas and Texarkana at the Gateway Between the two states will reap great financial Benefit from this growth of travel business.
