I was nervous As if i was on trial waiting for my Fate. My cell phone was turned completely off and i could feel the tension All in my Home As the judge took to the Bench. Round and round and round the judge went on and off the Bench and often times i was confused by All he said and demonstrated. I knew this officer Brelo would be found guilty of murder to just make myself Plain and Clear. Not guilty on All charges after sitting through All that the judge read and did and i just sat in my chair and could not move. Not one single charge against this officer. Something happened in my spirit and believe me it was not the holy ghost. Still in Shock with misplaced anger toward any and everybody i slowly put my cloths on to head downtown. I knew myself with other clergy would be needed to do whatever we could do to assist in keeping the peace when even i did no to feel peaceful at hearing the verdict. The Bottom line for starters was this officer was not held accountable in no Way shape or form for the role he played in committing murder. The judge was Tricky with his wording a a fatal cause but not the i believe the judge meant that the officer did shoot and his Bullet did have an Impact in the death of both or one yet so Many other bullets came either before or after that there was reasonable doubt if this officers Bullet caused the death or another Bullet instead. Wow if you did no to understand what i just said simply read it again As in be done Over and Over myself. The judge basically said the officer did act a fool jumping on the Hood of the car but because he feared for his life it was justifiable. Common sense is no longer common these Days even with this judge. If in a afraid in a running away from trouble not running right into it by jumping on top of a car in the Middle of the action. In a speechless and still in Shock yet the question should be for All of us is where do we go from Here first for me i went to the word of god knowing somebody must and should be held accountable for the death of Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams and i find Comfort in knowing that god has the last say As hell hold each officer accountable whose Bullet played a role in both of their deaths. Point one god holds us accountable go with me to the Book of genesis chapter 4 5, a and Cain said to the lord a this punishment is too hard for me to Cain killed his brother and afterwards he had to be accountable for killing his brother. This officer and Many others not Only in Cleveland but around the world must be a will be held accountable because god has the last word. Judge John of Donnell serves an earthly court but i know about a higher court where All wrongs will be taken care of. Somebody say amen As i was ministering to myself heading downtown i thought about another scripture text in romans 12 1. On is not telling Blacks to themselves and shoot police but instead adamantly questions whether it will take Blacks arming themselves to Stop the police murders of Black citizens. After an hour of protesting Many demonstrators moved on. They marched around the Justice Center then on to Cudell recreation Center the site where 12-year-old Tamir Rice was shot and killed by another Cleveland police officer for waving a toy gun Back in november. However roughly 50 demonstrators remained on site giving personal testimonies and questioning what it will take to Stop these police murders and other use of excessive Force. Tony Brown of Amer i can was one of those demonstrators. Although he did no to speak for Amer i can he did give his personal opinion. A in my opinion legally the judge made the right decision a said Brown. A the problem with this Case is you can to prove Brelo killed those he says people have the right to protest but Amer i can a focus is to Stop the violence and educate. They even have a curriculum to help with that message. A we want to educate the kids and Young adults to Stop the senseless violence in our then who the hell a is guilty from Page 1a failed us and the sad part is we expected it would. Truth be told the whole trifling lot of murders enablers and co signers connected to these and other unjustified killings of Black people Are guilty. When they said that a Justice was Blind a it was supposed to mean that we All Are seen As equal As if lady Justice was blindfolded. It is not supposed to matter what you look like. Justice is supposed to be the same under her watch. But now it seems like she has turned a Blind Eye to Black folks in Cleveland not As Justice but injustice. If and when Cleveland wakes up from the delirium of traumatic stress and Justice denied somebody is going to have to answer for this.
