The main responsibilities for this role include the physical security of Ayerst Organics, its employees and products; loss prevention and safeguarding of proprietary information; investigation and reporting of incidents to ensure adherence and compliance to corporate policies; supervision of contract security guards; and administrative duties.
The selected candidate will possess a post-secondary education and/ or accredited courses in the fields of Justice, Business Administration, Management and Leadership; knowledge of security systems, including closed-circuit TV, integrated alarm technology, access control and command post operations; excellent managerial, leadership, communication and written skills; previous experience
managing contract guards; as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Peace Officer, Loss Prevention Officer or a related position with a security-oriented organization.
