Cut in halves and remove the stones and let stand in French dressing while preparing the cheese mixture. Cut in squares allowing one peach half for each serving and serve on lettuce with extra . Pear h freeze four peaches 3-4 cup sugar i cup water i Orange i Lemon i Lime i quart bottle Ginger ale. Peel and Dice leaches. Squeeze juice from Orange Lemon and Lime. Put Orange and Lemon rinds a in a sauce pan with peaches Sun Gar and water and Cook until peaches Are tender and broken. Remove rinds and add Orange and Lemon juice and freeze. When ready to serve put a spoonful in tall iced Tea glasses add i Teaspoon Lime juice to each Glass and fill up with Ginger ale. Peach ice Box cake one and one third cups sweetened condensed milk 4 table spoons Lemon juice. I cup sliced fresh peaches 2 egg Whites 24 chocolate wafers. Add Lemon juice to milk and stir until mixture thickens. Add sliced peaches. Beat egg Whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Line a narrow Oblong pan with heavy waxed paper and cover with a layer of the peach mixture. Add a layer of wafers alternating in this Way until fruit mixture is used. Tile last layer should be of wafers. Chill in refrigerator for in hours or longer. To serve turn out on a chilled Platter and carefully remove waxed paper. Garnish with sliced peaches which have been sprinkled with sugar and chilled closely covered in the refrigerator for an hour or longer and Cut in slices. This Rule will serve eight persons.
