Lyttle ton Price of Blaine was made permanent chairman and messes. Chase and John respectively j Secretary and assistant Secretary. The resolutions adopted endorsed senator Dubois and his course in the Senate in the strongest terms possible. He was elected to Lead the Idaho delegation to st. Louis without Cheek reins on him or resolutions to govern his actions.
