Biloxi Sun Herald (Newspaper) - June 27, 1976, Biloxi, Mississippi Biloxi Gulfport Pascagoula miss., sunday june 27, 1976 Itic Sua of in Rall Page a Hancock county news Selmon pleads innocent Joseph Selmon pleaded innocent to armed robbery at an arraignment in Harrison county 1st judicial District circuit court at Gulfport thursday. Selmon s trial was set for aug. 9. Wesley g. Howery was sentenced to five years in the state Penitentiary for grand larceny of an Auto thursday. The sentence was suspended. He was placed on three years of probation. Howery was ordered to make restitution to the Harrison county sheriff s office for being brought by Hicso officers from Indiana to stand trial. He was also ordered to pay a $250 Fine and All costs. Frederick Paul cola Bella and Attila l. Kovacs pleaded guilty june 18 to a charge of malicious mischief trespass reduced from an original charge of arson in the third degree. Each was ordered to pay a $250 Fine. Colabella and Kovacs each received a suspended sentence of six months in the county jail. Each was also ordered to pay one third of court costs.
