An Ector county judge said he thinks the death was a homicide. Ector county prosecutor Michael Griffin said the grand jury did not declare the death an Accident in its monday ruling. An autopsy report released by Justice of the peace j e. Presley confirms that the cause of death was strangulation. Caused by a rope found tied around her neck when the body was recovered May 21.
