The departments Center for workforce information and analysis released the Bedford county labor Market areas seasonally adjusted nonfarm jobless rate of 5.6 percent the lowest since february of 2015 when the rate was 5.5 percent. The rate compared to 5.8 percent in october of 2015 and 6.0 percent last september. The rate compared with 5.9 percent in november of 2014 when there were about 400 fewer in the labor Force �?23,900, according to the state a and about 400 fewer employed residents 22,500.
