Y., September 10.—The Stars, after defeating the Clevelands in an exciting game, disbanded on account of the little interest taken in the games here and the want of funds. The directors lose $2,500. There will bo no professional club hero next year. Purcell will go with the Clevelands. Holbert declares his intention of quit ring the profession. ~Tbe game to-day was marked by the batting, both the Macs being pounded freely. Warner.
