Bigamy.On October 10 Emma H. Yoe went before ’Squire Wright and swore out a warrant for the arrest of her husband. Wm. Phillip Yoe, one of Poet Co.’s foremen, on the charge of bigamy, it being alleged by the plaintiff that her spouse had married a woman named Nannie B. Cochran, on Ootober 1.When the case was called, yesterday, Mrs. Yoe, the plaintiff, did not put in an appearance, and a capias was issued for her. ■A continuance was had until Tuesday next, Mr. Yoe in the Interval being placed under a bond of $500, with Joseph Kinsey as surety.
