Digamy and Perjnry.Recently was published an account of the arrest of Win. Philip Yoe, a foreman in the look depart mont of Post Co., ou charge of bigamy. The case, set for trial before Magistrate Wright, was dismissed, the plaintiff failing to appear.Yesterday the man was again taken in custody and arraigned before the same Magistrate on the doable charge of bigamy and perjury.The complainant, Mamio B. Cochran, alleges that Yoe married her on September 24 last, while he had a wifo still living, and with whom he was then residing.Tho perjury, according to the second warrant, consisted in his taking a false oath at the Probate Court, iu order to obtain a marriage license.A hearing will he had at 3 o'clock this afternoon, until which time it would be as well to suspendjudgment.
