His wife admitted possessing heroin for sale on the same date Arzabal took in the stolen property.The Ventura County Bureau of Narcotics Knforcement had said Arzabel was suspected of taking stolen property from addicts in exchange for narcotics. Arzabal and his wife arenot believed to be addictsthemselves, officers said.The pair, free on bail awaiting trial this week, wasarrested again a week ago in what the narcotics bureau described as a major narcotics raid in Oxnard.Prosecutor Barry Klopfer said Arzabal could !e sentenced to five years to life for the heroin sale, with a minimum three years liefore becoming eligible for parole if he is sent to prison. Mrs. Arzabal could be sentenced to five to 15 years maximum. Both applied for probation.
