others are being negotiated.The six boys, Charles Wood, Samnel Wood, William Booth, Jacob Simmons, Daniel Finne-San and John Withers, who were arrested on [onday, by Detective Butts, upon the charge of stealing about fifty dollars’ worth of cutlery from the store of Wright Smith, on Madison street, on Sunday last, were arraigned before Esquires Francis and Tebbs, yesterday, for examination. The stolen property consisted mostly, if not exclusively, of pen knives, about half of trhich were recovered by Detective Butte. After hearing the evidence by the Justices, Charles Wood was discharged, there being no proof against him. The remaining five were held in $100 bail each, to appear and answer at the next term of the Kenton Criminal Court. The friends of Booth and Simmons gave bail for their appearance, in default of which the remainder were committed tojail. The parties implicated are all quite young, one of them being not more than eleven years of.age.; ™
