A colored man named James Taylor, a roustabout on the steamer Golden Rule, picked the pocket of Mrs. Hillen, of No. 91 Longworth street, in the Arcade, yesterday afternoon. He fled, but was caught by Special Officer 8hafer, and lodged in the Ninth Street Police Station. The pocket-book, containing twenty dollars, was found on him.
