Dunea Dy tne jnasomc rrarernuy T*-aay.John Morgan, who was arrested several days ago upon the charge of blowing open the safe and robbiug the store of Mr. Durant, at Boyd’s Station, Harrison County, Kentucky, was arraigned, tefore Esquires Francis and Tebbs, yesterday morning, for examination. Detective Butts, who made the arrest, stated that investigations, made since the imprisonment of Morgan, had satisfied him that he was not guilty; that the watch left by the prisoner at the jewelers, on Madi* sou street, was not one of those lost by Durant, and that the silver coin in his possession had belonged to him for some time previous to the robbery. Mr. Durant made substantially the same statement. The prisoner was accordingly discharged without being called upon to introduce any testimony.
