I eonsylvauia, hired a horse and buggy from our stable, for the purpose of visiting * some friends near Independence, in this county* promising to return on the same evening. Since that time he has not been heard from.He is a large man, weighing about 175 pounds, of good address, auick spoken, apparently fifty years of age: chin whiskers, mixed with gray, covering about half his face; and represents himseif to have been a General in the* rebel army.The horse was five years old; brown color; 1534 hands hiLh. The buggy was black, with shifting top.We will pay the above reward for the recovery of the horse, buegy and thief.Any information in regard to the horse or thief canbe addressed to C.
