3Ero6t Smith, indulged in the luxury of badly shipping a fellow-citizen, was yesterday sent from the Police Court to serve out a sentence of ten *iays in the County Jail. The others were fined ten dollars each. %The Safe-burnjng.—The safes which were to betested by fire were subjected to a severe trial yesterday, and the burning created quite an excite-tnent on the landing.
