Butts arrested a man named John Donnelly, yesterday, on the oharge of setting fire to a house, on Fourteenth street, between Bank Lick and Holman, about 2 o’clock yesterday morning. Tho house bolongs to the Steers heirs, and is occupied by several families.It is said that Donnelly had threatened to burn the house because some woman, occupying a room in it, would not live with him. It will also be proven, on the examination, we understand, that he was seen in the yard a short time before the fire was disoovered.Edward Williams was arraigned before Esquire* Francis and Kaiber, on Tuesday afternoon, on the charge of obtaining $400 from R.
