Lawmakers said they need an outline of How water lights cases will get finished if they Are to Grant the state Engineer More Money. New Mexico currently has 12 ongoing adjudications including ones in the Pojoaque Valley. Taos the san Juan River and the lower Rio Grande. Some cases have been in court for decades. D Antonio estimated it would take about $6.3 million a year for 15 years to finish those cases or about $9.5 million a year to resolve them w within a decade.
