It was decided that the action of last meeting covered this ease.Mr. Kirby urged special attention, for, although the firm had not alluded to the fact in their communication, yet they charged that undue influence had been used in the matter of the awards in Class 7, (shoes, c.,) and were under the Impression that they were swindled out of their award.
