Black, Bheriff, Thomas M 111 Kin, Trustee, Wm. 1. Gilmore and Jeremiah £. Gilmore* Plaintiff says that on February 18, 1882, ah# recovered a Judgment against said Jeremiah B. Gilmore for the sum of S2,lt;00 and $137 42 costs. On June 29, 1882, she caused an execution to be issued upon said judgment, directed to the Sheriff of Butler County, commanding him to make said Judgment, inter-! eat and cost of the goods, chattels, land, and tenements of said Jeremiah B. Gilmore. On July 10the sheriff levied on several chattel property. Plaintiff prays that m receiver be appointed with power to take possession and control of all grain and corn so levied on. It *will be remembered that the above mentioned Judgment was given in a slander suit of bpellman vs. Gilmore.
