Criminal Court.—The following were, yesterday, 1sworn in as members of the grand Jury: P. II. Wilson,Foreman; P. B. Spence, F. J. Junuegart, Jas. Btncker,George Avery. Thomas Dixon, A. F. Clark, John Wobl-fabrt, W. II. Smith, .Ionas Searing, J. B. Chadwick. John Gngte. James McClure, B. Bowling, J. M. cald-well and o. W. Morris.Ed. \Villl8ton, charged with selling liqnor to a minor, was acquitted. James Bentler, on two indictments for a similar cflense, acquitted. Margaret was required to give bond in the sum of $100 to keep the peace for one year toward Mrs. Eliza Quinlan. Thecase of Hutch Waters was dismissed. Louis Meyer was fiued fifty dollars and costs for selling liquor to minors.
